If you are not satisfied with the product or if you regret your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.


Conditions for making an exchange

  • The product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

  • It must be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

How to return products

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Brazilian law), shipping costs in cases of regret or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through reverse logistics.

  • You will receive by email a posting authorization code.

  • The product must be delivered to a Correios (Brazilian Post) branch.

  • Packaging costs are not covered.

We recommend reusing the original packaging (if not damaged) or using a suitable box to protect the items during transport.
