REFUND POLICY — ALCHEMYA & SYNAPSES CREATIONS LTDA
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order at your address.
Send an email to [email protected], providing your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. No additional cost will be charged for receiving your refund.
In accordance with Brazilian law, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

We will review your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. No additional cost will be charged for receiving your refund.
In accordance with Consumer Rights regulations, the shipping costs for product returns due to withdrawal or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a posting authorization code by email after your return request and must drop off the product at a Correios (Brazilian postal service) branch. We do not cover packaging costs, so we recommend that you reuse the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if undamaged) or use a suitable box that protects the items during transport.
